Think before acquiring DSTV mobile TV devices as they simply do not work. Tried to activate device and receive error message E16-4 Service is currently Scrambled. This is despite the fact that there is coverage and strong signal. Call Centre attitude is that this must be fixed using self service?! Anyway we wait in hope for divine intervention or a technical consultant to fix this problem.
