Poor Unethical Service

I been a loyal multichoice customer now for over 9 years. My account is always paid up each and every month on or before the due date. On Sunday evening to my suprise my service got suspended whereby they say my account is not paid. I forwarded proof of payment on 2 occassions my case number is 3837985 up to now my service is not reconnected, no one from multichoice calls me, and on top of it when i called multi choice now they say i have to pay a reconnection fee because they cant find my payment. I have double checked all the information when paying them and all information is correct. So if they cant find my payment then why the was i asked to forward proof of payment which i did twice. Get you guys facts and house in order before billing innocent people incorrectly. Up to now my service is not active whereby my account is paid. These people are a bunch of roques..Get your facts right Mulitchoice as you guys are incompetent..disgusted indeed. Poor... Poor... Poor...
