I do not owe you anything

Good day

There are two parts to this complaint:

Part1:
I contacted your support centre ok or about the 23rd of Sep 2013. I spoke to a gentleman and told him that I only want to continue viewing dstv up until the last day of September after which my subscription and services must be discontinued as I will be moving out of my apartment. The consultant agreed and calculated an amount to pay for that period until the end of September. The consultant gave me the amount, the call then ended I logged into my online banking and made the payment. I then called back straight away and got through to a lady who said that the payment I made was already reflecting and services were restored. I re-iterated to this lady that the subscription is to continue until the end of September after which it must be cancelled.

Part 2:
Today to my absolute shock and horror I get a message saying I owe R1100 odd and my services have been suspended? This is nonsense, I made myself very clear on two separate occasions to two separate consultants what I wanted as per the above. I haven't even plugged my decoder in since the end of September because I haven't had to, hence my request to cancel.

Unacceptable.
