On the 30th July I called in to your call centre to tell them that my dstv decoder had broken and I would like to stop my subscription till I got a other decoder. The consultant stopped everything as far as I was concerned. On the 23 August 2013 I called in and did a decoder swop as I had gotten another decoder. From the 30th July 2013 up until 23rd August I did not use your services. Upon phoning in the consultant informed me I needed to pay R82.50 R181.67=R264.14 and it would cover me right up until the end of September. I paid in that amount on the 23rd August 2013. Two days ago I received a message on my tv saying I owe you guys R175.00. Where on earth does this now come from? I suggest you listen to the recording where I called in on the 23rd August where your consultant tells me I will be covered till end September. I need this sorted out ASAP or else Im posting this daylight on Hello Peter. Im so not impressed with this service. the consultant I spoke to earlier took my number and said his supervisor was going to call me back in an hour, its now 3 hours later. Customer number 75863483.
