TFG - Markhams confusing services

Markhams sending me from pilar to post.

I/they called me sometime in September of which i requested all the additional services to be cancelled and to only leave the legal protection.

I get my statement, which i notice not all were cancelled, I call, they inform me to go into the branch. I go to the branch between wednesday/thursday week of the 20th. From the branch we call and verify that there is an error and they will send to the relevent department to chargeback anything after i cancelled.

I call today to confirm my bal as i have made a payment as well within this period. No changes to my account.
No payment reflecting, i have sent proof of payment.
I am being told my account was in arrears on 30september, but i made a full balance payment in August 30, I am also being charged for extra services not cancelled by their department.

They cannot trace where the cancellation request came from, than after investigating the account with team leader, it was an automatic cancellation as i was in arrears.

I am unable to get any assistance from markhams, as their words seem to made up as no tracking can be made after the call has ended with a consultant.
