We have just phoned the customer service nr to have toptv activated. Paid by credit card over the phone and then they tell us "denied" while the confirmation sms is in front of us showig that the payment has been deducted. After 3 or 4 phone calls TO THEM still waiting for feedback! If its technical, get it sorted out!!! What's supposed to be a R240 is now already on R300 after numerous calls and "please hold". Activate or refund please!
