I paid for my subscription on Wednesday 4th September. This was to last till 30th September 2013. However I was surprised when my services was disconnected on Thursday 5th September, 2013. I went to DSTV offices in Randburg on the morning of Friday 6th September, 2013 to complain. I was attended to, and told by the consultant at counter 17 (can't remember her name), afterwards that the service has been reconnected. I got home only to find out that it was a BIG LIE!!! No reconnection took place. I need DSTV to reconnect my services immediately and also credit me with the number of days my service was unjustifiably disconnected.
