Unacceptable Service from DSTV BoxOffice!!! Amanda from Multichoice replied to my previous query simply to be seen to be making a public statement without even bothering to contact me to find the nature of the problem. In fact she didn't even bother to READ the complaint as she would've seen that " I then went online to use the online response..." because she recommended me to "go to "Chat Support"". It's the problem with business today... superficial facades... no real depth and commitment to clients!
My complaint WAS in fact with Online Support. I have an e-mail trail which went on for 2 months without resolutions and remains unanswered and I am still an unsatisfied client. I want a representative from Multichoice to call me and actually deal with the problem!!
