On the 2013-06-07 15:26:32 I phoned the multichoice contact centre and spoke to a consultant by the name of Kelebogile. She could not resolve my problem as I was never notified by multichoice that I should make a cash payment as I made a debit order arrangement. It would have been professional enough for multichoice for multichoice to send me a notification before they even think of disconnecting my services with them. The consultant could not empathise with me after having being convenienced, she was insisting on the payment not being made and not considerate of the fact that my DSTV has been disconnected even though I had sufficient funds in my account. She only mentioned that she will make a note that I was never notified but could not resolve the problem.
