Lack of assistance and bad service

19/8/2013 I phoned technical support about a problem I was having concerning recording of series with my PVR. The person I spoke to (Jabulani Radebe) could not help me and he said he would pass my query onto somebody who would phone me back to assist. I also responded to the e-mail/online survey the following day stating that my query had not been resolved. It has been more than a week and nobody has bothered to contact me or resolve my problem. Very disappointing from Multichoice. Ref 138228977.
