On 16 November 2013 I tried to rent "The Lone Ranger" thru Boxoffice online. they had no problem deducting the R30 for the movie. Then my download stopped at about 80%. When I tried to re download it, Boxoffice wanted to charge me again!!! I contacted the support and they told me that it was a problem on their side "a D1001" error. And a lot of costumers are experiencing the same error! (well done!)
Online support told me I will receive credit on my account with in one week. It is almost a month now and still diddly squat. Exactly long how long do they need to fix this? A month? Get real if you take my money "now" I want my refund "now"
