After waiting 5min for a sales person, he finally arrived and gestured for my friend and I to move to his desk. Due to air conditioner blowing extremely cold air on us, I told him we prefer not to move from the desk we were at. He seated himself and proceeded to log onto his laptop. Asked for my friend's number and at no stage greeted us or even apologized for keeping us waiting. Quite obvious he had been on a smoke break. I then asked him if he was going to introduce himself, which he duly said "Erik". My friend continued answering his grunts and eventually we left. After popping into Altech, our faith in common decency was restored. The 2 salespeople were more than helpful and in fact my friend will be cancelling her contract with [URL Removed]
Please [URL Removed] teach your salespeople how to greet and make their customers feel validated. If I was you, I would send Erik to any Pre-Primary school where young children can teach him some basic manners.
