I had signed up for Simfy while visiting Germany recently and this inadvertently created my account as a German account.
This created some billing and other issues when I tried using the service back in South Africa.
Zandi and others went out of their way to investigate and resolve the issues that cropped up.
I was especially impressed with the regular progress updates during the investigation, not to mention the friendly and efficient attitude.
