Worst service at Vodacom Menlyn Repairs

Me and my friend went to collect our phones at Vodacom as they were in for repairs. After i have been calling them everyday to insure that they send my quote to my insurance company, it took them 3weeks and still my insurance company received nothing.
I finally went there myself to collect the quote to send it to the insurance company, but as i got to the lady behind the desk she rolled her eyes and said "i have to pee". At this stage i didnt really mind as it was 30min before closing time. She assisted in getting my quote but as soon as my friend asked for her phone which she has been waiting for for over two months now she said it wasnt there.
Some words were exchanged and after some deliberation from our side trying to explain to her something in a very easy and subtle tone, she spoke over us continuously and said "oh because the customer is always rite", which i found highly desrespectful.
We then asked for the manager and she said "i am the manager". At that point we then demanded the manager but then she said "goodbye, next" ignoring us completely.
I have been back at vodacom repairs menlyn 3times in one week, waiting in the que for an hour everytime and still no phone!!!
