I made a two seats booking for the Black Only comedy show for the past Saturday. My day got horribly spoilt when I realised the tickets had gone missing. I immediately contacted the Computicket contact centre for assistance on how gain access to show later that evening. My call was answered by a friendly, energetic and empathetic Tshegofatso who wasted no time and informing me of all the steps she was going to take to assist me. Her calm personality was enough to leave me at ease. I liked how she ask to put me on hold for a quick check in with her Team leader and how she acknowledged me when she came back to the line. I was asked to get an affidavit from the nearest police station and e-mail it to Jessica who was extremely prompt in providing me feedback on how to get to the show without the tickets. Although we found two other people sitting at our seats, it was made easy by the letter received from Jessica for the two to b escorted out so we could sit where as our booking. Thank you.
