PVR and not willing to assist

Good day

Last week Tuesday our PVR didn't want to work, we tried to call the call centre and it said Line Busy - firstly how can a call centre be line busy???
The Wednesday we finally got through and was told that they are experiencing problems with some PVR models, they helped us to reset all Factory Settings. The night we realised that the Xtra View in BOTH our bedrooms does not work, we call again and was rudely told that we should check our cables at the back - can someone please explain how can 2 TV's cables be wrong, the more I explained that it is since they reset our PVR the ruder they get. We were told that someone from the technical team will phone us back as they do not know what is wrong and till today no one phoned. Saturday we phoned again and got repeatedly cut off. We are paying to use something that is not working for a week.

I would like someone to get back to me ASAP to sort the XtraView out!!!
