25th September, phone call centre, regards extraview error on secondary decoder. Agent advised there is a problem with cabling. I got in a Technician approved by multichoice, he had everything checked out no problem with cabling, the error still comes up. I still have to reboot the decoder to get secondary decoder to work for a few hours
Emailed complaint to enquiries on 2/10... no response
I am tired of calling the call centre and waiting online
