I came home from Easter weekend holiday to make payment for my DSTV full dish of R590 knowing that they have switched it off because i have just forgotton to pay as this is at the last of my payment list only to find out that the services were not suspended i have spoken to Pam Mbola and told her i have just made R590 transfer and the services is not suspended so in that case i do not need to pay the R50 connection fee, she on her side in total disbelieve because on her side it shows services suspended and I even told her in the 84th minute MANU is 1- down to Chelsea. Pam Mbola assured me the services is reconnected on her side now and i should continue viewing dstv, to my surprise this morning at 02h47 the services is suspended after Pam Mbola assured me she re-connected the service. DSTV i am so disgusted the way you do business and strongly ask that someone look into the the matte what Pam Mbola have done, because clearly she was setting me because she was too embarrased when i told her i am getting dstv signal while on her side it is suspended. Pam Mbola you know why you did this and I am very disappointed in your incompetence!!! Wish your manager can investigate this!!!
