How many visits and faulty decoders does it take?

For the third time in two weeks I have to return yet another faulty decoder (hard drive) this has to be in business hours and as the business owner it is both time and profit wasting. i think that if I were to be late with my payment Multi choice would quickly notice however for me I am paying for a faulty decoder and not being able to watch any television
