Extreme bad service

Went to multichoice branch in lephalale, I am interested in upgrading to a bigger package. But the staff was less than helpful. Was there 1 month ago as well to ask for a booklet indicating what channels go with what packages, they were up to now unable to assist me with that. Also I, apparently as I were very rudely told, did not hear correctly the last time I enquired about my yearly renewal fee. I admit that I might have heard incorrectly, but the way in which the lady screamed and performed was no way in which to handle a customer.
I was shocked to say the least, and I do hope that this matter is not going to only be swept under the rug, but that you will attend to the matter. Or is the service we should be expecting from now on from your staff?? She was very unprofessional and rude.
