Overcharged Connection Fee Account Suspended 7xs

I
paid R200 out of the R218 that I was owing and I called to ask for the
account to be opened I was then advised that I need to pay R151.31 I
said that I will pay within a week before that the account was
suspended. I paid R150 and the line was opened next morning the line was
suspended and the R100 was demanded to be paid the agents has reversed
payment several times but each and everyday the account is suspended and
I call multichoice every morning I have run out of money to buy airtime
to call mutlichoice my account is suspended as we speak. is it because I
am black that is why I am mistreated? the money I paid to watch DSTV
for the whole month has gone up the smoke that I am not even watching,
more than 7 times I have had to call the centre and the following day
its suspended, What kind of a company is this, I reduced my package to
be able to afford it but they have put my life into a living I have
paid to watch but I am not watching anything. Better the new decoders
that will allow people to watch free for life than paying for something
you can't watch SO MULTICHOICE EAT THE MONEY FOR THE POOR WOMAN AND HER
KIDS CAN'T EVEN WATCH CARTOONS charging me hund
