Account mistakes - dropping the phone is a easy

I got a business account stating business name, company registration number and VAT number linked paid over the last 25 years as being a client to Multichoice. They indicated they can't help as they created account as a personal account. Why don'y they just rectify this themselves?

I identified various mistakes on account where Multochoice activate 2 decoders and sim's (one not in use).
The mistakes is easy they must fully credit the amounts for the decoder and sim that was not used at all.

Basically Multichoice intentionally not crediting back some charges (one day), hidden in all the generals they put on account to make it difficult to pick up.

I am sure this also happen with other clients and if they do this with a thousand clients Multichoice could illegally correct millions of Rands' (intentionally) or due to system error (very convenient).

Did you as Multichoice client scrutinize your account as I did?
Maybe the ombudsman must investigate this?
