On the 6th Dec my services were disconnected due 2 non payment and on the 9th I paid R325 for my servive fee and connection fee and still was not connected I had to call the call centre and advised that I was suppose to pay R554 and I asked why am I suppose to pay that much bcs I paid last month of November I was told that I had 2 decorders connected and only to find out that when I paid in November they put money into my old account amd I was promised it will be cancelled and advised that month end December I must pay R174.80 of which I did on the 30th and on the 6th January my services was disconnected when I call again they said I had 2 decorder again they promised to cancel it again of which am suppose to pay again R186.86 for my services to be connected and I ask they lady about last month incident that will happen again she couldn't give answer and so can you guys help because each and everymonth my services will be disconnected bcs of their problem and I must always pay more
