I received an sms from ITC saying i must pay R153 which i am owing multichoce and they also left a number saying i must call them back. On the 2nd of August i paid R350.00 to my DSTV account.
And i called multichoice confirming my payment and i told them to first take R153 for which they took me to ITC for, before activating my account, i told them i would like to change to DSTV FAMILY, not activate DSTV compact
I also asked them if my name will be removed from ITC? But i was told to call ITC. On the 4th of August i called ITC and the lady who answered told me to hang up she will call me back, she never did. For how long must i keep on calling ITC and for them to tell me to hang up they will call me back.? Really!
