Incompetent Call Centre Consultants

This is my second time complaining about Multichoice on Hello Peter, same complaint however... I can't believe that Successful and well established company like Multichoice has such Illiterate employees in there call centeres. first I get transferred 2, have to explain my hole story twice only to find out that the consultant won't be able to assist me, then when I kindly request a telephone number I'm told that the department in question does not have telephone - Which i find difficult to believe. I Do understand if they don't deal with queries via the phone but not having phones i believe is a blatant lie. So once again it dealing with Multichoice Customer Consultants, and then they answer by asking ' how can I delight you today" Imbeciles can't even spell delight. Seriously Multichoice should raise their standards when it comes to employing call center staff.
