For the past 4 days I have not been able to view all the available channels on my HD PVR.I called Multichoice and they took me through the process of getting this fixed.a few days late the same problem was encountered.
The call centre advised me the problem was with my LNB. An registered installer confirmed that my LNB was in fact not faulty. I took the decoder to the Customer centre and it was not faulty either.
According to the Customer Centre the signal needs to be resent to my decoder from Multichoice.
Can someone at Multichoice please assist?
