WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES AND STILL NO ANSWER!

I have been trying contact Multichoice call centre for two days now!!! When I phone the line is either busy or I have to hold and listen to a never ending recording! The worst service I have ever received. Even telkom's call centre is better than Multichoice!
