I'd bought a Groupon which could not be redeemed due to weather conditions, I'd emailed to ask for a refund. Weeks later I got a response saying that I would be refunded and was asked if I wanted to be refunded on my credit card or in Groupon credit and was asked to also email their refunds address.
So I replied that I wanted to be refunded to my credit card and I CC'd the supplied refunds address - this was on 10 January 2013. I see that my Groupon ticket/request was marked as resolved on 18 January 2013.
It's now 18 February and I still haven't received the refund.
