Please can you advise how we can swap a damaged decoder that is insured.
My dad lives in Amanzimtoti and has no means of transport to Umhlanga... is there a possiblity of going beyond your means to swap his decoder for him. Perhaps a staff member lives in the same area or a repair is being done in the area?
