BAD SERVICE AND to me

I am so disappointed with service offered by Multichoice, Multichoice debit funds from my account without my knowledge and understanding, I have contract with them, the my contract state that I be paying 520 a per month, Multichoice the debit amount more the 1600 from my account, can you believe it, that's to me, I so disappointed, on the day I received a notification on the debit order, I called them, they kept me hold on for an hour, but they could not give clear answer, one of reason they gave me is, they did not receive funds from me the last month of December, but there is a phone, email or a sms to inform me. Why was that not done, it bit me. They staff was not helpful at all in dealing with better, they promise that someone get to me and has. BAD SERVICE AND . I decided to go they office in Randburg, but still the help I received was poorly to say the least. Being a Randburg I notice the could figure out the problem. No one has call to apologize, DISAPOINTMENT.
