Last week Tuesday decoder was taken in with above message, after about spending half a day in the shop, i was informed that their head office advised them that they must send the decoder in for repair.
Today I went in to fetch the decoder and found it with the same message. After about two hours the staff informed me that their head office are still looking for the problem.
I left the decoder and still waits a reply. This is very poor service from Multichoice. Can you please assist.
