I have been an account holder with Toptv since 2010. Once a year I will suddenly have no service, I contact the call center and promptly get told that they have not received my payment. I have submitted a formal complaint previously regarding this matter and attache the proof of payment. Again, payment effected 25.08.2013 and today have no service. Once again I contact the call center to be told the same thing, Consultant Bella, besides being rude, neglects to tell me that there operating hours are till 8. I log on to obtain the proof and, guess what, no call center.
Payment always made early and if not more than the bill, to suspend accounts due to inadequate account controllers, unacceptable.
