We heard toptv was taken over by starsat so decided to reactivate our service. We phoned call center, got the details for an eft and paid for the full bouquet. We then phoned the call center again to advise them payment has been made and they must please reactivate our account but were advised we must still wait for 24 to 72 hours. We never had this when it was toptv - our service was reactivated immediately. I am not happy and feel if I pay now it must be activated now. Maybe it's better to be with dstv - pay more but better service!
