I received a sms on the 24th/09/2013 that i should pay the amount of 399 and that its the last payment ref:8399113 on the the account and on the 25th i made a payment.and received a pop that there is no out standing money on the account .on the 25th i received a sms that i can collect a letter to state that the account has been settled ref number:9948248
contact the call center as and additional amount of R398.60 was deducted and wanted that amount to be credited back into my acc as i made a manual payment and the debit order went through also the call center told me that the acc is still active and that there is a outstanding amount of R1600 as per the proof that i have is that i dont ow any money to bears really poor billing system and poor customer care
