Poor Service from TopTv

I never thought bad service would upset me to the point of reaching out to Hellopeter but I am so over my TopTv account and TopTv as a brand for that matter.

I've the account with Toptv for about 3 years with no issues besides getting my account disconnected even when I'm a day late to paying but I have never missed payment. For the past 3 weeks I've had to call TopTv almost everday because they keep on disconnecting my account. They re-activated the account 3 times when it should not have been switched off in the first place but they apologied and I moved on. They again disconnected it by mistake and after speaking to 2 supervisers (UI have their names) last week and my account was reactivated again... only to be disconnected again today for no reason. The call centre agents always promise to call me back but they never do. I called them 2 hours ago and the lady said she will get back to me in 15min... am still waiting. So my account has been disconnected about 4 times since my last payment which was on the 4th June

I can honestly say that this will be my last month as I will be cancelling my account due to this matter.
Very unproffessional.
