My 18 year old son went to the movies on the 9th of August 2013, The lady swiped his card 3 times for the amount of R81. She told him the transaction was not approved. He went to the bank and draw money to pay for the goods. He noticed the amounts were drawn from his account. The next morning he went to the bank, got a bank statement and took it to the Kines. They promised him his money will be in his account by the 14th of August. Every time we queried the answer stayed the same. Next week, well it is 3 weeks later and still nothing. Yesterday they called, they need a new bank statement, the one they have is old. I refused, if they did their work properly it would not have been old. Now all of a sudden its out of their hand, its between the IT department and the guys of the card machines. THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT - SO IT MUST BE IN THE KINES ACCOUNT. I just want my child's money back.
