I bank with FNB, on the 31/07/2013 i with draw money from the standard bank ATM, the money couldn`t come out of the machin, but i got a sms that says withdrawal was successfull, i also got a slip that says the machine has a techinicla problem, i called FNB call centre a gentleman assisted me, i signed the Card Reversal Form, they said they will reply within 2-5 days, on the 01/08/2013 I GOT another sms that says, R2200 RESERVED FUNDS FOR WITH WITHDRAW, the R2200 was paid back back to my account BUT IT WAS ALSO TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 02/08/2013 but this time i never received any sms that says my money was withdrawn, my account was now on -R1897, I NEVER WENT TO ANY ATM ON THE 02/08/2013, I want to to know what is happening on my account, i want my money back, i have my own personal & financila problems i dont need this, this morning i called the call centre, i got a veru arrogant & impatient Lady by the name of Nhlanhla who never explained properly, she just told me FNB has nothing to do with my money, i must contact Standard Bank, i cant take another day off @ work, why did they let me sign the Card Dispuet Letter if FNB knew that they will not help, pls assists i want my money back
