On our arrival at the resort; after a 30min wait in reception, including being called to be assisted and then told to wait while someone behind us was assisted, we were directed to our chalets. After unlocking the chalet and trying to air out the musty smell, we began unpacking our luggage and getting ready for our stay, which promised to be a warm, exciting and fun filled weekend. Much to our dismay everything deteriorated from there on. The fridge still had old bread crumbs in it, a stove plate had no control and burnt our first meal, there were broken lamp shades, a broken window, broken taps, horrific mould in the shower, torn dirty and dusty curtains with bugs stuck to it, dirty linen, bugs stuck to the towels and the shower mats, dirty windows and doors, bed bugs, dust mites and rowdy vulgar neighbours whom we couldn't report because the telephone wasn't working either, and no telephone numbers are available on any of the house rules so that we could make contact from a cell phone.
And this isnt even the half of it... bottom line... rather stay at home, you're safer from contracting infections and getting bitten by bed bugs.
