Poor customer service

In 20th of November 2011 I paid top tv in error. I then called the accounts department for the money to reversed. I am very surprised i cancel my account with them. The consultant advise that the account was active. If it was active who watch top tv because the decor is off. I request her to refer the account for a refund. Until today I have not been credited back
