Poor service

I did cancel my toptv account for march in February and the guy told me that the premium for march will still go through as they sent the magtapes on the 15th already and told me that I must call after the money goes through to request a refund which I did and then I called after the premium went off to request a refund and they told me that the refund will be done in 5 working days but no refund received yet I have called several times to follow up an I get told that the supervisor will call me but I have not received a call to date. You can't take my money if I am not using your service and I want my refund or I will refer you to the CPA.
