BAD SERVICE

I signed up with Virgin Active, Sunningdale, Cape Town in May this year, and since then I have been sorting out my Debit order which apparently has not been paid, but it has been happening since the end of May. I have had to call their accounts Dept several times, the consultant and today I asked to speak to the Manager and nobody has called me back, although I called twice today and several times last month calling the consultant. I have been receiving sms's to say account is in arrears although last month I went through the same thing and according to them it was an error on their side that they didn't upload my banking details correctly.

It has been a really negative experience with this entire issue and I am reluctant to continue to be a member of this gym and or any other Virgin Active gym.
