Today I received a statement from Multichoice stating I owe them in excess of r1500. In January I moved from Johannesburg to Durban living with my parents. My tv and decoder have been in storage since as my parents have a dstv subscription.
Dstv have taken the liberty to bill me without my consent.
I want proof of such and a full explanation for their activity and also the call recording. I worked for Multichoice years ago and the billing system was a mess... and still is.
Shocking that you want to be so disgusting. Additional I have revived the statement for 2 and a half months. If the pay, net was outstanding in July why was I not contacted. Perhaps delayed for this such reason.
Extremely disgruntled that dstv would engage in such activity.
