Multichoice
Multichoice no longer a people's brand

This is just a courtesy letter to inform you of my absolute shock and awe at the way I have been treated being a DSTV subscriber for the past twenty plus years. I have received the sums from you guys thanking me for the years of my loyalty towards DSTV, and I felt absolutely sick to my stomach. I feel that DSTV has let me and my family down. I am well aware of the new service providers being introduced into the South African market and I am positive that this is the only reason why I received an sms from DSTV. It shocks me to bits that DSTV has lost the customer touch and is more concentrated on the 'making money aspect' of business. After all the years with DSTV and my numerous calls to the call centre for assistance and sometimes to offer my advices like why did the upgrade offer whereby you could bring in your old decoder and upgrade it for a newer one be tossed out without due consideration given to consumers, and we were meant to suffer in silence and pay a from R500 to R1500 for a new decoder, and also why not introduce a loyalty programme for long term subscribers such as myself to keep us interested. Also I would like to notify you that I would be cancelling my subscription
