I am currently sitting with a DSTV account that has been suspended because Multichoice have failed to allocate the payment they took from me on the 9th of November for my Premium Subscription Xtraview.
I have contacted my bank directly, and they confirm the amount was processed successfully and has been given to Multichoice.
It turns out that Multichoice won't let customers talk directly to the billing department and instead I must send through a copy of my bank statement to "prove" that the amount was paid. I refuse to do this since this is an error on Multichoice's side, that they are trying very hard to not admit to and fix.
