Since when does a phone call over rule an affidavit??? Because I don't recall who I spoke to at Multichoice but have an affidavit so say my second decoder was given to a friend it means nothing. I have never heard of such rubbish!!! Its just a way for Multichoice to wrangle out of refunding me!!! Despite having cancelled my second Multichoice contract which was originally for my shop, they continued to bill me. After returning debit orders my DSTV at home was suspended. I have spoken to various staff members at Multichoice who believe that despite not even having the decoder in my possession any longer I will not get a refund. How would Carte Blanche feel about doing a report on DSTV???
