My DSTV connection has been disconnected for no reason. 2 months ago I changed my due date to the 1st of each month.
I paid on the 1st last month (July, no issues), and this month (Aug) but my connection has been cut off. There is no reason for me to pay a reconnection fee!!!
This is the 2nd time I have been discontinued for no apparent reason!!
A Very angry customer!!!
