Service discontinued without reason

SD nr. 41170594711 and HD nr.42722831742 was disconnected for no reason at all. Alledgedly no money!!
When I left my premises I left it on for a reason but as my service was discontinued that reason does not serve any purpose anymore. Therefore the subscribtion fee MUST BE REFUNDED AS FROM 4.3.2013 UNTILL THE DAY WHEN MULTICHOICE DECIDES TO RECONNECT MY SERVICE.
