Im really upset with dstv overcharging me, last month I was charged twice for reconnection fee which I paid wiothoiut any questions, and still my services were disconnected because I paid 2 days after my debit date, when I re connected I asked them to change my debit date to the 1st and I was charged R54 for the debit dates difference and another R50 for reconnection and the guy that was helping me reversed the amount that I was over charged with of R50 (doubler rerversal and then the vbalance was R54, again last night my services were disconnected because I did not pay the R54 balance and now they have added another R50 which means I have to pay double reconnection fee this month cos the amount due is R104, Im really upset and angry about such poor customer service!!!
