I have been trying to book for a school which is coming to Gauteng on the 14th of August and wanted to visit Gold Reef City Theme Park. They kept on putting me through to Grace who is responsible for schools bookings. I asked her to send me a form, even today she hasn't send it. I kept on calling again and again and she kept on saying she will send. Today when I called she gave me an attitude and gave me her manager's number which is never answered. what a bad attitude and very incompetent behaviour. I want to book please somebody help me.
