On Saturday 2 February, my friend's daughter went to Gold Reef City's amusement park with a friend. She started to feel unwell, and fainted. She was taken to the clinic. Her mom was contacted to come and fetch her. When her mom came to the gate she was told that she had to pay the entrance fee or she will not be allowed in. Even after she explained the situation, she was not allowed in. Some of the staff actually laughed at her, and the manager said that he did not want to talk to her. She then asked that if her daughter died, would he also have to pay, and the answer was yes. She was very upset and they actually laughed at her.
I will never go to GRC again and will tell every one I know to avoid it.
